- Blackwell Reunion events on Saturday, July 31st:
a. Blackwell School Races (1/2 Marathon starts at 6:00 a.m. 10K Run and 5K Walk start at 7:00 a.m.) First finishers should arrive by 7:45 a.m. at the Finish Line at Blackwell School.
b. Special Ceremonies and speeches at 11:00 a.m. at Blackwell School.
c. Blackwell School Famous Barbeque at 2:00 p.m.
d. Joel Guzman/Sarah Fox concert and dance at Vizcaino Park from 8:00 P.M. to midnight.

1/2 Marathon Run, 10K Run, 5K Walk
Join us for the 1/2 Marathon Run, 10K Run, or 5K Walk on July31, 2010.
Featuring a scenic course at an elevation of about 4700 feet above sea level and excellent weather, Marfa is the perfect destination for the weekend at the end of July where you can combine the Blackwell School Reunion on July 30-August 1, 2010 and the races on July 31st in the highland country of Texas.
Start Time: 6:00 a.m. for the 1/2 Marathon racers. 7:00 a.m. for the 10K and 5k racers.
Route: A bus will transport racers and starters to the starting point out on the Ruidosa Highway. Runners and walkers will return to end up at Blackwell School.
