| Description: | Ever wanted to draw your own money? Ballroom Marfa and our community partner Marfa Studio of the Arts' SITES program would like to invite everyone in Marfa - young and old - to participate in a creative and fun project initiated by artist Mel Chin. The goal is to raise awareness of issues still challenging post-disaster New Orleans through the simple gesture of creating Fundred Dollar Bills.Ballroom Marfa will host a community night at the gallery and we invite everyone to join us to learn more and create their own Fundred Dollar drawings. Each participant is given blank Fundred Dollar Bills to create their own unique artwork. Marfa's goal is the creation and collection of 1000 bills - so we NEED your help!!
