| Description: | Thanksgiving Open House at Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute, Hwy 118 in Fort Davis. Friday & Saturday, November 27 & 28 9 AM-5 PM. Admission-free for all visitors Take a brisk walk through the canyon or find that perfect gift in the Leapin' Lizards Nature Shop. Guided hikes are planned for 1:00 PM on Friday and 10:00 AM on Saturday. Stop by the Visitors' Center for maps, cookies, and hot chocolate. Admission is free for everyone! |
