The Jan & Ted Roden Center for Entrepreneurship and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin launch the Permian Basin Family Business of the Year Award. The purpose of the award is to support and promote the contribution of family businesses to our region. Nominations will be accepted through Jan 31. For a business to qualify for the award, the potential must exist for ownership to be passed on to a younger generation and the company must have more than one active family member employed in the organization.
